VivJer Computers and More, LLC. is a Florida based Technology Solutions Provider. Established in 2006, VivJer Computers and More, LLC specializes in providing consulting services and service delivery for a wide range of Information Technology platforms. Some of these platforms include:

  • Windows Vista
  • Small Business Server 2003-2008
  • SQL
  • Exchange
  • Microsoft Office 2000, 2003, 2007
  • Networking – Routers, Switches, Firewall, Wireless, IP Telephony

We also specialize in performing:

  • IT Audits
  • Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Security testing and fortification
  • project management and IT relocations.
  • Telephone support rates are billed based on the amount of time a service provider spends resolving a client service issue.
  • Onsite service rates are billed when the VivJer Computers and More, LLC service provider arrives on-site and stops when service provider leaves the customer site.
  • There will be a 1-hour minimum charged for on-site service (not including travel time).
  • Travel charges will be billed at the hourly rate based on the travel time of one-way travel from VivJer Computers and More, LLC to the client’s service location.
  • This is a Labor-Only agreement. Any additional Parts (Hardware or Software) required to correct a problem, are not included in this agreement.

Service Retainer Agreement

Client may elect to take this option as a recurring prepaid charge of $500.00, once 10 hours of service has been used . When the client selects this option, he / she will enjoy the following benefits:

Service Time and Material Rates will be as followed:

Rates for VivJer Computers WITH AGREEMENT WITHOUT AGREEMENT
Services provided M- F
8:00am to 5:00pm.
$50.00 per hour $85.00 per hour
Services provided outside M- F
8:00am to 5:00pm.
and anytime Saturday or Sunday.
$75.00 per hour $117.50 per hr
Services provided on Holidays. $100.00 per hour $170.00 per hr

In addition to our discounted rates, Client will also receive the following:

  • An initial inspection of the client’s systems will take place. (This inspection will include, review of system error logs, user id check, anti virus check, and system backup check.)
  • A written report will be issued back to the client showing our findings.
  • A VivJer Computers and More, LLC representative will make a weekly scheduled preventative maintenance stop at the clients place of business or residence to inspect the error logs, and check the backup tapes.
  • The VivJer Computers and More, LLC representative will verbally report to a designated contact of clients choice,any irregularities noted.

The following assumptions apply:

  • The client in writing at any time can terminate this agreement. Any unused hours will be returned (refunded) to the client.
  • Rates are charged in 15-minute increments.
  • Telephone support rates are billed based on the amount of time a service provider spends resolving a client service issue.
  • Onsite service rates are billed when the VivJer Computers and More, LLC service provider arrives on-site and stops when service provider leaves the customer site.
  • Travel charges will be billed at the hourly rate based on the travel time of one-way travel from VivJer Computers and More, LLC to the client’s service location.
  • This service agreement will be valid until the pre-paid hours are used.
  • This is a Labor-Only agreement. Any additional Parts (Hardware or Software) required to correct a problem, are not included in this agreement.
